Who Are Our Instructors?
Our instructors work in the real-world doing what they are teaching. They are all experts in their fields with years of experience, authors of books and/or very professional artists, editors, programmers, etc. Many of them are Certified to train via either Adobe, Apple, Avid, FileMaker, etc. and have worked with Rev Up Tech to develop their unique teaching skills. Above all, they are patient and understanding and most importantly fun and creative!

What is Our Cancellation Policy?
When cancelling or rescheduling courses on our public enrollment schedule, notify Rev Up Tech as soon as possible at (818) 794-7125 or via email: info@revuptech.com
Notification of cancellation must be provided to Rev Up Tech within 5-business days prior to the start of the course for a complete refund. If canceled after the 5 business day cut-off time, the participant is responsible for a 50% cancellation fee. However, if the participant reschedules to another course at the time of cancellation there is no cost to the participant.

Privacy Policy
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

Certification Exams
Some courses do offer Certification Exams, e.g. macOS Support Essentials. There is a fee for the exam and they do have to be scheduled separately. If you are interested in taking a certification exam, please inform your instructor or call us at (818) 794-7125. In some instances, the certification exam must be proctored in person and cannot be taken online.

Certificate of Completion
Attendees will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the course.

Course and Lab Materials
In your enrollment confirmation email, you will receive a link (in most cases) to download your course materials. However, you may also download them from the remote classroom if necessary. Course materials and/or files associated with any course may be made available to you prior to the start of the course upon request.

How Do I Enroll In A Class?
To enroll for a course, simply click on ENROLL on the schedule page and complete the enrollment form. You will receive an email confirmation within two hours of registering.

How Do I Pay For A Class?
Once you have enrolled, you will be directed to a secure payment site, where you may pay with either a credit card, (American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover) or via PayPal.

How Do I Connect To My Classroom?
You will receive a link in your enrollment confirmation to connect to your virtual classroom. Most courses are conducted through Zoom.
