Who Are Our Instructors?

Our instructors work in the real-world doing what they are teaching. They are all experts in their fields with years of experience, authors of books and/or very professional artists, editors, programmers, etc. Each one of them is Certified to train via either Adobe, Apple, Avid, FileMaker, etc. and have worked with Rev Up Tech to develop their unique teaching skills. Above all, they are patient and understanding and most importantly fun and creative!

Cancellation Policy

When cancelling or rescheduling classes on our public schedule, notify Rev Up Tech as soon as possible at (818) 794-7125 or via email: shirley@revuptech.com

Notification of cancellation must be provided to Rev Up Tech within 5-business days prior to class for a complete refund. If canceled after the 5 business day cut-off time, the student is responsible for a 50% cancellation fee. However, if the student reschedules to another class at the time of cancellation there is no cost to the student. 

If you purchased your class on CourseHorse, their cancellation policy applies to your purchase. If you need help canceling or have any questions, please visit CourseHorse (link: https://coursehorse.com/contact-us).

Privacy Policy

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

Certification Exams

Some courses do have Certification Exams, e.g. macOS Support Essentials.  There is a fee for the exam and they do have to be scheduled separately. If you are interested in taking a certification exam, please inform your instructor or call us at (818) 794-7125. In some instances, the certification exam must be proctored in person and cannot be taken online.

Certificate of Completion

Students will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the class.

Course and Lab Materials

In your registration confirmation email, you will receive a link (in most cases) to download your class materials. However, you may also download them from the remote classroom if necessary.

How Do I Register For A Class?

To register for a class, simply fill out this enrollment form. You will receive an email confirmation within two hours of registering.
